We are offering the following vacancy for Göteborg with a start as soon as possible: Controller (m/f/d)

With the scale of growth, our Commercial Manager has more to coordinate, correspond, prioritize, prepare, answer… - and that is why we need you, who can professionally and smoothly help her and take over topics in the field of controlling.

In this position you have the whole area to manage, and your mission is to develop and secure our work with quality and structure. Are you experienced in controlling and have a background in accounting and can take on this task? We wish to meet you.

What you will do:

• Responsible for controlling topics for Eiffage Infra-Nordic AB, reporting to Commercial Manager
• Project controlling and support to our Project Managers
• Prepare reports for monthly progress and quarterly forecasts
• Check for, analyze and explain deviations
• Prepare and oversee that monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements are in line with local GAAP and group policies
• Review and controlling of all financial figures
• Work with local GAAP, IFRS and fast close
• Prepare and assist in annual audit, K3 annual report
• Responsible for country relevant statistical returns and reports
• Support and assist with other tasks within the area of Commercial/Financial

What are we looking for?

• Successfully completed studies at university in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar
• Relevant experience in controlling, ideally experience in working with the controlling department of a foreign parent company
• Background and experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of relevant accounting systems, SAP FI CO, ideally S/4 Hana and Fiori
• Very good skills in MS Office and especially excel with pivot, analyzes tool, and formulas
• Disciplined and organized with the ability to manage and prioritize many tasks, always with a team player attitude
• Strong analytical skills and a good sense of numbers
• Positive attitude: approach work with enthusiasm and energy
• Problem solving: ability to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively
• Get stuff done attitude: you are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting things done
• Constant learner: actively seek new knowledge and skills
• Convincing and strong communicative skills
• Fluent in English and Swedish. English is our business language
• Knowledge of German is of preference
